Samsung Galaxy Note 8 specs almost in full

Samsung has already confirmed the annoucement event of Galaxy Note 8 on 23rd August. The phones images and final specs have been leaked by famous Evan Blass.

So here is what the Note8 will be made of from all the edvidence gathered through past month. As you see from the leaked render, the Note8's design will be similar to that of theGalaxy S8+, but with more squarish corners. A tradition to Note series is the inclusion of S-pen. The Note8 has a 6.3-inch display that keeps the same 2,960x1,440 resolution and 18.5:9 with the same aspect ratio of the S8. Though at 6.3inch, is only marginally bigger in size with dimensions 162.5 x 74.6 x 8.5 mm.

It is retaining the IP68 water and dust resistance capability and powered by a a big 3,300 mAh battery. Samsung keeps advocating fast and wireless charging support on its premium phones. We probably already expect that iPhone 8 will join the push for wireless charging when it launches. The selected processor will be again a mix of Exynos 8895 SoC for global market, and Snapdragon 835 for the US and China. Memory wise, it will be a pair of 6GB RAM witth 64GB of expandable storage.

In the camera department , the primary rear will be a dual camera set up, both 12 MP sensors, with one wide-angle at f/1.7 aperture and dual-pixel autofocus, and an f/2.4 telephoto one which enables 2x fixed zoom. Both lenses come with optical image stabilization. On the front there's an single 8 MP camera with f/1.7 aperture to give you execellent selfie capaibilities.

The phone is expected to launch in Midnight Black and Maple Gold first, followed by a later release of Orchid Grey, Deep Sea Blu and probably Rose Gold at some point. The Note 8 is rumoured to start selling in September (15 September is claimed by retailers in Korea.
